Pricing built around
how you actually run

No per-step charges. No hidden AI markup. Bring your own Claude — tell us how you'll use FlowKoi and we'll send pricing that fits.

Talk to us

Tell us about your workload

FlowKoi bills for container runtime, so the right number depends on how long your flows run and how often they fire. Share a little context and we'll send pricing tailored to it — usually within one business day.

  • Pay for time, not tasks

Billing is based on container runtime. A five-step flow costs the same as a one-step flow if it finishes in the same time.

  • Bring your own Claude

FlowKoi runs on the Claude subscription you already pay for. No AI markup, no per-token charges, no separate API bill.

  • Scales to your setup

Run on our cloud or on your own self-hosted runners. We size the plan around your team, volume, and compliance needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

How runtime billing works, and what to expect after you get in touch.

Why do I have to contact you for pricing?

FlowKoi charges for container runtime, and runtime varies enormously between teams — a nightly report is nothing like a fleet of always-on agents. Rather than push you into a tier that doesn't fit, we look at your actual workload and quote against it.

How does runtime billing work?

You pay for the time your workflow container is active. A typical workflow that fetches data, processes it with Claude, and saves results might take 30-90 seconds. You only pay for that time — not per step, and not per task.

How quickly will I hear back?

Usually within one business day. You'll get a written quote by email — a runtime estimate, the plan we'd recommend, and what's included. No call required unless you want one.

How does FlowKoi compare to Zapier's pricing?

Zapier charges per task, and each step in a workflow counts as a separate task. A 5-step workflow running once uses 5 tasks. On FlowKoi, that same workflow might take 45 seconds of runtime — regardless of how many steps it has. No per-step penalty, ever.

Do I need a Claude API key?

No. FlowKoi uses your existing Claude subscription — the same one you use for claude.ai. You authenticate with your Claude account, and FlowKoi orchestrates the execution. No separate API billing, no per-token charges.

What does 'Bring your own Claude' mean?

Unlike platforms that mark up AI costs, FlowKoi doesn't charge you for AI usage. You use your own Claude subscription directly. We only charge for container runtime — the infrastructure that runs your workflow.

Can I try FlowKoi before committing?

Yes. Mention it in your message and we'll set you up with a trial allocation so you can run real workflows before you decide on a plan.

Is my code and data secure?

Every workflow runs in its own isolated Docker container with no access to other users' data. Your .env files, API tokens, and credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit. Containers are created fresh for each execution. Self-hosted runners are available if the work has to stay on your own infrastructure.

Can I see what my workflows are doing?

Yes — FlowKoi provides a real-time terminal for every workflow execution. You can watch Claude work, see file changes live, and monitor exactly what you're paying for. Full transparency, no black boxes.
