GET/api/v1/runs/active
Returns every instance in your project with status running — exactly
the set the concurrency ceiling counts.
Useful when a trigger is refused with CONCURRENT_LIMIT: the error
gives a number, and this gives what the number is made of. Note that
the ceiling counts every surface — Portal visitors, Slack
conversations, scheduled runs and open dashboard sessions — while only
API calls are rejected by it. triggerType on each entry tells you
whether a slot is one of yours to release with
POST /runs/{runId}/stop, or capacity another surface is holding that
will free on its own idle timeout.
